WELCOME TO CHLOE'S RESTAURANT
Chloe's has been created by French Chef, Didier Franchet and his fiance Jo.
Designed for the discerning diner all the dishes are prepared from the finest fresh locally sourced ingredients by chef patron Didier Franchet and his highly skilled team.
Jo and the staff are on hand to assist you from the minute you enter the premises and a wonderful Waldstein Baby Grand Piano is provided with a pianist playing every evening, from 7.30pm.

There is a small enclosed area to the front of the restaurant with tables and chairs for those of you who wish to relax and watch the world go by while you sip your fine wines and champagnes.

CHLOE'S DISHES AND WINE
To complement the subtle decor, the menu, inspired by Pierre Gagnaire and Alain Ducasse, is Modern French with an eclectic combination of tastes and flavours blended with a fresh and creative approach.

The cooking is French at its best with a collection of old favourites and interesting twists on traditional themes. Both the classic and innovative dishes are handled with flair and expertise.
The menus are designed to follow the seasons and utilise all the fresh and local ingredients available. The menu is ever-changing as the chef works closely with the local suppliers, particularly the fishermen, to ensure he can capture the very best for your palette. With "specials" being provided too your tastebuds will be waltzing all evening.

The wine list also caters for those discerning diners who like Organic/Biodynamic products and this time, not just from France. The Chilean Chardonnay, Chilean Cabernet Sauvignon Nativa and Vina Carmen priced at £22.00.
With 28 wines to choose from we hope we have found something to suit everyone, if not, let us know what would suit you and you never know it may just turn up in the future! Can't make any promises but at least being a family run establishment we can make certain personal touches.
